Defective product

Whilst traveling from Johannesburg , I purchased a polo shirt from Lacoste store at the airport. The saleswoman did not remove the security tag and I am not able to use the shirt. When I complained to Lacoste, I was advised that they cannot do much, I should go to any other store in Dar es Salaam as they do not have one, prove that I am not a ***** and get the tag removed.<br> As this is not acceptable, I have suffered a financial loss.
