Worst service

Bought a t-shirt online. Had it on for half a day only to see the stitching is lose, contacted lacoste sa online have sent them countless emails they only responded once to say I'll get feedback on the 14th February up until now I have not received any feedback I've been emailing them since Monday.

Never again worst customer service ever
