Online orders and returns

I bought a pair of sneakers online, it was delivered a month later. I was not happy with their quality material so I logged a return request. They came 2 weeks after the request was made and a week after collection, my status changed to refunded of which I'm not. 2 weeks now waiting for my money...

I love Lacoste but they're online service is the worst, refrain from buying online with them. They have no customer service whatsoever. Customer line is not answered, date for delivery is not communicated prior, no communication whatsoever
