NO REFUND

NO REFUND ! I ordered a shoe online, it was delivered, I then returned it, they picked up the return and then I received an email from them to provide my bank details in order for them to process the refund. I did that and I have still not received the refund, I’ve emailed them multiple times and only received 1 response stating that the refund will be processed, it has been a month now and I haven’t received my refund ! The contact number on the site does not work, emailing doesn’t seem to be working. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!
