. Lacoste Sneakers Peeling After Only 2 Months

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of a pair of Lacoste sneakers I purchased. After only two months of normal use, the leather on the sneakers started peeling. I expected much better durability from a premium brand such as Lacoste, especially considering the price paid.

I took the sneakers back to the factory/store for assessment, hoping for assistance under the quality guarantee. However, I was informed that the damage was my fault, despite the shoes being worn under normal conditions and properly cared for.

I believe a pair of sneakers should last significantly longer than two months without the material deteriorating. The peeling appears to be a product quality issue rather than misuse.

I am requesting that Lacoste reconsider this decision and provide a fair resolution, either through a replacement pair or another suitable remedy. As a loyal customer, I expected better product quality and customer service.
