lacoste are ******* they rob there customers of there money and give them credit noted instead of there money back

I have made a purchase from lacoste ocean mall on Tuesday for a shoe the fit wasn't soo good when I got home the next day when I went to return it at the store they didn't have the size I needed I looked at an alternative and also didn't have size I asked to return the shoe and get my money back the consultant had seen on the system they did have 1 in stock but couldn't locate it soo he will notify once he finds it .I have asked him to refund me and when he finds it I will come in and purchase it he then told his manager to to do the refund she done gives me a credit note instead of refunding my money back into my credit card and I was told by the manager to go to levison or spitz and use the credit note to purchase any lacoste shoe there if I can't wait for them to locate the shoe .when I went to spitz they refused to use the credit note as spitz and levison are separate from lacoste shops ,I was told lies by the manger of lacoste oceans mall I have sent an email to customer service regarding my refund and still nothing has been done I want my refund lacoste are ******* they forcing u to only buy from there store when they don't even have sizes I paid my money I was unhappy about the bigger size I took I want my refund ! lacoste is been *******
