LACOSTE

Bought 2 pairs of sneakers from East gate Lacoste store on the 26 November 2023, of which one was discoloured. Went to the Lacoste store in Sandton Mall on the 28 November 2023 and wanted to return the shoe for a refund. But the store refused to do the refund as per their operations Manager. Whilst speaking to him over the phone, he refused to agree and said they don’t abide by the CPA and we will not get refunded. He further claimed that it’s not part of their disclaimer. Tried to explain to him what their website stipulates , that we are legally entitled to a refund. But the manager refuses to comply. The manager clearly has no understanding of the law of South Africa or the consumer protection act. THIS HAS NOW COST ME MUCH FUEL AND A POOR PRODUCT, and I spend thousands at this brand . DUE TO THIS INCIDENT I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THE BRAND AND ITS POOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SKILLS. Day light *******.
