Faulty shoe

I have a question. Is leveson a certified lacoste reseller? Because i bought a lacoste sneaker end of August and only wore it 3 times but the condition tje sneaker is in now. First time i wore it the locoste signed at the bottom of the shoe was off and now its starting to tear on the side. I truster locoste brand. I dont if its levesons or lacoste.
