Bad service, angry customer

Lacoste Menlyn their service is horrible on the 18th of November 2024 I bought some sneakers didn't fit them since I know my size then on the 22/11/2024 I tried wearing them only find their sizes are big the same day I went to the store to exchange they told me they don't have stock they have it at mall of Africa they say I must come back 1st week of December I told them okay can I take different sneakers they refused .I asked them why they can't get the stock b4 month end they say because their black Friday starts on the 25th they not allowed to do that I said to them I don't care about the discount I want to wear those sneakers on the 30th they refused to help and at the beginning before I bought my sneakers I asked them if they'll have black Friday they said to me no. That shop all they want is money they don't care about their customers . They always want some excuses to blame a customer they say these some dirt on the shoe my question was where is it coming from cause I have never wore the shoes . I am very angry cause they treating me as is I got the shoes for free while I've spent R2200. I will never advice anyone to go to Menlyn Lacoste. Their staff can even lie.
