A very unhappy customer , disgusted in LACOSTE

So I liked to take this time and review my honest opinion in this brand , firstly I’d like to say how I feel disgusted to the point where as if I would never ever support the brand as I really love Lacoste espy for my kids , so what happend is I purchased 3 pairs of Lacoste on one day for myself and my daughters however as a parent I always buy sizes in advance , so this year when I decided to let my daughter where the shoe I opened the box and it was a default shoe the one foot had 2 straps and another had 3 straps I then called the store and head office , the operations manager spoke to me after 3 weeks and this was me calling head office the accusations that he referred to I was shocked to the point where I said this is where I’m taking it further also I then found out by the other store in Cape Town when I asked them to check with a barcode which other store had this show same size same color they said head office but it’s a default which is coincidence because it’s the right foot size same Color and yet I had the left foot , so yes this is my story and hence I never wanted a refund I just wanted them to assist me regarding this damaged shoe
