Poor Workmanship, Non-Functional Installation & No After-Sales Support
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. After paying them upfront to install cameras at my premises, the workmanship was shockingly poor. The wiring was not installed correctly — instead of using the conduit provided, cables were run loosely along the roof in several places. Where conduit was used, they failed to install elbows (which were also supp****) and instead bent and damaged the piping. The overall installation was done in a very unprofessional manner. They also promised a one-year warranty on the cameras. However, for the past three weeks, several of the cameras have not been working, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has come out to fix the issue. Out of seven cameras, only four are currently functioning. In addition, I requested installation of gate motors in December. These have never worked properly from the start. The company insisted on full upfront payment, claiming urgency due to a personal matter, but since then, the issues have never been resolved. Communication has been equally unacceptable. When I try to follow up, I am either ignored or spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, including being shouted at and sworn at. They committed to coming out two weeks ago to fix the cameras but have still not arrived and are now completely ignoring my calls. This has been an ongoing and frustrating experience. Based on my experience, as well as similar feedback from others I know who have used them, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
