Laceys Missing Puzzles Me

I recently purchased a PJ Masks Party Pack which is something I do with my son every month or so. This time the puzzle we received was incomplete and for my 4 year old son this is not acceptable because it's his favorite cartoon character. Contacted Laceys and was just told please take back to the Store. How about laceys come fetch it from my house and take it to the store for me.

Im not here trying to get free stuff just wish a toy company would actually care. Give your client a call and apologize for ruining a tradition which my Godfather started with me back when I was a kid.
