A very angry and disappointed customer

Hi hellopeter. I had the worst experience with lacelux ever. I ordered sneakers 👟 from them on the 1st of December knowing that delivery was 3 to 7 working day..even now I am still waiting. I think this company is a **** because they don't even reply to emails. When I locked on to their website it's no longer exist. 🙃
