Spamming customers

My lay buy selection was obviously replaced by a desperate sales consultant from the time i opened my lay buy.

The manager refuse to assist; worked very hard at persuading me its what i selected and confirmed he cannot refund my R800. I mean who do they think they are ; a business without integrity what so ever!! I am so annoyed that this person wouldnt even attempt to resolve the problem instead; he remains determined to frustrate me and push for what he gets paid for!!

Does everything always have to end up in a legal battle!!
