Return of shop soiled shoes

So I bought shoes from this Lace Up store in Kenilworth Centre. I already dislike the centre, but these staff just made things worse. A guy and girl refused to refund me pair of shop soiled shoes which I bought 7 days ago and only had chancs to return today. The girl - coloured, black skirt and top wearing Jordons, short bob hairstyle - refused to give me head offices number so I could contact them about the shoes. Their till slip has no t&c on it. They are breaking the law. Absolutely appalling.
