Unpleasant experience

I enrolled and paid for a skills development course and quite enjoyed the training. I changed my mind about an assessment part of the training and now Labournet is not releasing my R1500 of a service I am not using. I guess by the looks of other comments on this platform, they are not good at managing their finances. They want to wait for 3 weeks to refund me. Engage with caution.
