CHRONIC DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Having been a client for 2 years plus- I had repeatedly requested a cancellation with no response. The company/ team refused to response aptly and even no response with them passing the mail to each other. Company auto responses and cutting of calls even from head office. They have debited my account unjustly and only when invoicing was requested did they send invoices. This has been ongoing for a year.
