BIASED LABOURNET MOGASE

I remember the company I was working for used labournet as mediators in my case and listen when I tell you everybody has their price the company I worked for Cartrack’s Head of Human Capital and my Team leader had a massive target on my back all because of the incompetence from the team leaders side. I was in for a hearing for 2 charges of which none stood as all the evidence they brought was but 1 video of which was not even verified, there were no witnesses brought to solidify their case and Labournet clearly knew and saw that even after I had sent all my mitigating/aggrivating to them via Cartrack of which might I add that in all the documentation sent to me the chairman’s Letlohonolo Mogasa contacts were not provided to me.

There was a grievance I laid against my team leader at the time of which I requested to me moved to another department even after I won I was still not moved to another department and Human Capital made sure of that up until I got dismissed. It’s funny how Letlohonolo looked at the Companies evidence and somehow glossed over mine to quicky reach his conclusion. Had Labournet not being biased in their proceeding things could have turned out different.
