Very poor Service
<p>Good day</p> <p>I have a case open wih Labour Law Services.</p> <p>We were supposed to go to Arbitration Court today (07/04/2017). Labour Law Services phoned me on 24 March 2017 to confirm that my previous employer made a out of court offer. <br />We accepted the offer on 24 March 2017 (Friday) at around 12:10PM. The lady I spoke to said I will get an email from them stating that my case will be handed over to their revenue department. I received an email from Labour Law Services on 27 March 2017 (Monday) stating that the case has been handed to the revenue deprtment.</p> <p>I have phoned several times to speak to a consultant for an update on my case.<br />The email I received clearly states that Labour Law Services oly take calls between 12PM and 2PM every day.<br />There are 3 numbers that I've phoned:<br />- ********** - the number you have dialed does not exist,<br />- ********** - the number is unavailable,<br />- ********** - rings but no answer.</p> <p>I spoke to a lady named Kate on Wednessday 05/04/2017 who took my name, surname and cotact number. She said she will get someone to give me a call. I haven't received a call yet.</p> <p>I have send emails to ********** />-I've emailed Labour Law Services on 27 March 2017 to confirm what the process is and how long it will take for payment to be made to myself. <br />-I've emailed Labour Law Services on 30 March 2017 to confirm what the process is and how long it will take for payment to be made to myself. <br />-I've emailed Labour Law Services on 04 April 2017 to confirm if they have received my previous emails.<br />NOT ONE of my email was answered.</p> <p>I just got through to Labour Law Services today (07/04/2017) at 12:55PM and spoke to Trey Alow. He said that he only got in office today that's why I have not received an reply on my emails<br />And when I asked for an update he said he will give me an update on Monday (10/04/2017). As I got his name and surname he said: "sorry I have to go".</p> <p>I have screenshots on my phone showing that I have phoned Labour Law Services several times.
