Reconciliation at CCMA vs Quantum foods

I responded on an advert on the Internet which stated Free consultation and Labour law advise. I took all of the documentation to their branch. No consultation was given. They confirmed via email that they've received it. Despite several emails where I enquired about the case, no response were given. I've tried to phone the consultants several times, left messages at the receptionist, Lisa, but still no feedback. Kgoara phoned to confirm that the CCMA commisioner settled the case. I told him that I'm not satisfied with the outcome. My wife phoned Kgoara to ask him if we can appeal against the ruling. He was extremely rude to her and he said that he will not speak to her. She then asked him to phone me, which he didn't do. I immediately emailed them asking for an appointment in order to discuss the matter. I've managed to get hold of Tshilisanani who were also involved in thr case. He agreed to follow up on this. Unfortunately no response. I've received an invoice owning the company R16000 for contingency fees. No details of the services rendered were given. They threaten us with legal action. NO legal advise or any consultations were given which severely disadvantaged my case.
