Poor service delivery

Late and insufficient service delivery. Unprepared and irresponsible lawyers, consultants and case managers. Charges more for less and charges are higher than legal prescribed charges as per regulations. Insufficient communication between company and client as well as between departments during handovers of case information. Repetitive filling in of the same forms even after information was sent twice already.
