Labour services very poor

I just want to complain about poor service at labour vanderbijlpark,i went the first time in September where they told me to come back agter 15 days as the lady who does compensation was on leave , I went there after the 15th and had to go back twice that week with papers for compensation witch they don't inform a person properly what to do ,i then was told to call the Thursday which I could not get hold of labour as there was no answer for a whole week , today the 4th of November I called them and a person at labour vanderbijlpark tells me that they don't take phone calls I have to go to office really poor service as even I get there u have to wait long times as they have no problem for the clients waiting for hours
