PATHETIC

I have been a member of Labour Protect for more than 2 years. I never thought I would really need them, but unfortunately a matter arouse at work on 7 June 2019 where I lost my job,I nee ded labour assistance and I contacted an attorney on their list. This was the most unprofessional, and unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with. The receptionist took down a couple of notes, and I never heard from them again. I contacted the office of Labour Protect, and was promised by Jesse-Scott Ruiters to contact me to discuss. I also noticed that this persons'e-mail address are from some "rmbrown". which also does not make any sense to me. After 3 committed times to call me, the consultation never happened. The last promise to call was on 27 July, but never took place. I referred my matter to the CCMA by myself, and the corn/arb meeting is onn Tuesday 27 August. I still did not manage to get hold of anybody to assist me at Labour Protect, but they are very quick to debit my bank account religiously for the past 2 years. This is a ****, and how can people trust them. when they are guilty of such an offense themselves. I could not join another legal company, as you are well aware that they would not cover me for case that arose before joining date. I am utterly disgusted with the service/ or lack thereof received from Labour Protect. They also still did not supply me with a membership card, and they do not answer their phone numbers that do appear on the website.. I also cannot find ANY e-mail address on their website, or a complaints link. Most unlikely that I would refer anybody to join this pathetic company. There are so many competition out there, and I regret not joining any of the other service providers, but this is on my list. Pitty, I lost all my contributions, just to receive NO HELP AT ALL!!!!
