Maternity UIF struggle
I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from this company, I completed all the necessary paperwork that they gave to me to submit to the Department of Labour, a month passed into my maternity leave and I hadn't heard anything. According to them it was being accessed. 3 months into my maternity, there were extra forms that needed to be submitted and the Department of Labour advised them of this paperwork but it took them over a month to advise me. I submitted immediately... It has been 5 months now, and Labour Matters has now given the Department of Labour incorrect banking details, they initially gave me the incorrect form to fill in. All of the above could of been avoided if they gave me the correct forms to fill in and kept me informed from day 1. I cannot believe that I have paid a service to assist me and I have done most of the work in any case and wasted my money and still waiting for my payout that is due to me. I don't think people realise how much you need these amounts especially if you aren't earning an income, instead, because it took so long, I had to take out a loan to survive the rest of the months and I had to go back to work a month earlier....
