Shocking service
I have contacted them to help me, i have signed legal documents with them stating that they will take 25% of what ever they can get for a person, i got a settlement of 42000 they almost took 17700 from that not a 25% settlement! As per their last agreement i will receive my last money on the25 of this month up to date have not receive it yet! Their consultant Henry started to shout at me today and hang up on me as well! I had to Follow up the whole time with them on call and emails yet they take 25% people they are not trust worthy! He refused to give me his Managers details as well just cream and hang up! This is the service we have to get after they have taken all their money

27 Sept 2019, 14:26Furthermore, your employer delayed paying the balance as per settlement agreement as they stated that they had not received their property from you. This was at no fault of our own. We have explained all of these facts to you in a calm and respectful manner as we communicate to all our clients.
