Was told to settle as this would be the only way

My wife took her company to the ccma and took the case to further because all the facts prove the company acted incorrectly and had evidence , she approached this labour law services thinking she would get good legal advice the consultant handling the case insisted she settles because she will be black listed and never get a job again , and now they have settled on her behalf and not paid her a cent , she believed they have been dishonest and would like to take her same company to the ccma on her personal capacity and they can pay the money back to eho , can someone in law please advise how we should go about this and Bring labour law service to book so they can stop taking avantage of unsuspecting clients which allows them<br> To settle and still ***** from the client money's .
