very very bad service

This company did a case for me regarding a unfair dismissal.The case was settled outside the ccma. I was promised that my payment will be made on 18 December 2015. Im yet to receive that payment. No calls is answered by the case manager nor the accounts department. I was told the guy who handled my case was fired. Eventually after almost 2 months of trying like 30 times a day i came through to the accounts department. I was told again the guy who handled my payment was fired. Ive been phoning this company since the 14 of December. Like 30 times a day. Till today i was unsuccesfull to talk to anyone in management. I even phoned their branch in Cape Town. Even then no one was compented enough to give me details ragarding a branch manager. All the secretarys knows me by name already. I will put you through. Eventually the phone dies. Or i will leave a message. Just nothing happens. They take 45% of your winnings. But does nothing for it. I was even offered a 15% discount cause of the lawayers inabbility to settle the case.
