Uif pay outs

Firstly they always take for ever in sorting something out. Phones always keep on ringing and messages not passed on so no call backs. Board says they close at 4 they close at 3. I tries to sort out my uif claim by this branch and it was a up hill battle. Eventually I signed my papers and got a notification stating monies would be paid out within 7-10 days. 14 days later I phoned. They say something is wrong. A women calls me and says my paperwork didn't go through and I must come back and sign again. Meaning I must stand in the queue again. She said she will call back. Magret is her name. Still waiting. They are utterly useless. No I have to explain to the people why I can't pay them, because this so called experts stuffed it up.
