THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM - REPRESENT YOURSELF

Never in my entire life have I received such shocking service from a company. Incompetence on a new level. They don't know how to treat a person right . I approached them after an unfair dismissal. The lady Cindy was great. The rest since then what a nightmare. No direct line, managers don't speak to you. Everything is done as quick as possible, they don't support you much. I was begged by my lawyer not to want a new one, then after I went to the ccma alone. He apologised. The company wanted to settle on 2 weeks which I said no. Then low and behold my arbitration gets cancelled, how I don't know. I call their head office as their cape town number is nowhere to be seen. I then call their head office and they say the guy was fired they'll see into it. I eventually find a number and Dennis is still working for the company. They took my email down about 14x through 3 calls asking me. The guy could barely speak English. Bottom line, you want sound mind pay a proper lawyer. This company is a joke. Would management call me. Probably never, Dennis is grossly *********** and I think their only lawyer in Cape Town because the poor guy can't even remember me from a month ago. Pathetic!!!
