I went to labour law dex because I was unfairly dismissed. after I saw them I notified the guys I had not received my final payment. Peter my \labour lawyer"calls me tells me he will negotiate with the company. he calls back and says to give him 2 days as they are playing hardball. 2hrs later I get a beep on my fone money in acc. I msg him becos I'm with a different bank so usually I get paid the day after they transfer. he says he's negotiated a settlement. that I'm to contact the revenue and accounts department. firstly I'm to contact wedlock who is never available. and replies every 3 or never days. they keep saying they are following up. and that they expect payment before the company closed. companies closed and I have nothing. I doubt they even contacted my ex employer. they are just stringing me along.
