Shockingly bad service STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

.A month and a half ago or so I came to them in need of assistance, I first mailed them my statement of events, surprisingly I was called shortly after this, and a consultation was booked.I went to see them thinking for some reason they were an actual law firm(which by the way they certainly are NOT don't let the name fool you) no, they are only a consultancy office. They took all my documentation and we had a brief talk about what had happened, as they \did not have my mail"";she introduced herself over the phone and that was the one and only time I got to speak to her . So today was my appointment at the ccma. They sent a hired advocate who actually told me the truth about my case and how slim my chances were(something i had asked labor law repeatedly from the start). this advocate could only be there for half an hour then left me alone. I had to withdraw the case as I had no one to advise me. """
