Settlement Amount not received almost 1 year later

I'm so disappointed and disgusted with Labour law Services - i can't explain this in any other way except to say this was just pure evil and broad day *******. Their details: www.labourlawservices.co.za. Labour Law Services, THE AVENUE NORTH 6 MELLIS ROAD , RIVONIA SANDTON (011) ********** ********** i'm not sure if this is still their address because I've had to hunt them down previously after their offices moved without notification. long story short, this group of so called attorneys were to represent me for a constructive dismissal case. I did all the preparation work (with a few calls they made to my previous employer to set up the hearing date and see if we can negotiate)and had no one from their company on the day of the hearing to support me as their client. The settlement amount was agreed upon and paid into their account for them to take their charges (which I didn't think they deserved since I did most of the work and they were really just coordinators)and then transfer into mine. Almost a year later, no payment has been made. On the many follow ups I made, I was told they are busy with reconciling accounts. their latest automated email says they are experiencing disruptions and so their lines are down (which means there's no communication whatsoever about my owed money and i'm sure many others' monies). This company needs to be stopped. They are really taking advantage of consumers who are often in desperate need for legal help during emotionally difficult times in their careers. they take the money and move offices with the hope that we'll give up on them. i'm not giving up. I want my money that I worked for. i'm also not going to accept that they are taking almost 80% as their charges (as they said telephonically although their contract said nothing to that effect). if their contract did, then they are even bigger ****** than I thought because they did not bring this to my attention anytime during my consultation with them. Everyone I dealt with initially is literally avoiding my calls and emails (besides the automated ones) - i.e. Vuyelwa (legal advisor), Desmond Dube and Tatenda Makoni. If anyone has figured out how to get their money from these ****** please share with us (I've no doubt I'm not alone in this frustrating situation). I think though I'll start with opening a ******** charge against them. They really need to be stopped.
