Settlement Agreement was not paid out to me!!!!!

Hi , <br> I Have been dealing with Labour Law services since 01 October 2015 with regards to my unfairly dismissal . There was a settlement paid out from my previous company to Labour Law assist .Which I am still waiting for my money from the accounts department in Johannesburg. I spoke to Richard to confirm when i will be receiving my payment which we agreed upon, and he confirmed that he will get back to me .<br> I did not recieve any feedback as yet from the accounts department (Richard) and every time when I do phone the accounts department, Richard is always busy in meetings, on lunch or will call back. No calls as yet from accounts department or from Richard. If i do also call they put on hold until the phone cuts. This is perthetic service and i feel that i am being ****med. <br> <br> It is now almost a month that I waiting for this labour law to pay my money to me.<br> <br> I feel it is nonsense and a ******** company that takes your hard earn money from your previous company and do not pay the money into your bank account. Some one needs to stop this company for lying to the people and taking there money from there previous company as it is legit company.
