Poor service. False promises. No payment.

On start made promises and were very eager to help. There were miscommunication throughout the process. Time wasted and did not fight for my requested outcome. Just settled for minimum payment from company. Once they received payment they did not pay over my money that they received from my Settlement. Said in first meeting the percentage can be negotiated, now there is confusion. Made numerous phone calls and emails and emailed the CEO. He did not reply on my complaint. I've been unemployed since Feb and already lost time using the Union. Went to the lawyers as I thought it would be done better as they get money where the Union did not have that incentive. Still didn't receive my money or any communication.
