Poor / NO Service

I was unfairly dismissed, they promissed to negotiate a settlement. The documents "prepared" for the CCMA case was a joke, as the names were incorrect as well as the details An "agreement" was " negotiated" and payment received by them. THREE weeks ago Tanya from JHB informed me that the revenue dept will be in contact with me. No contact made. Yesterday spoke to Paul and he indicated that I was wasting his time. Sms to Tanya, she promised to call me this morning.... no response. Seems that we were also handed the short end of the stick.... once they receive the settlement money they "dissapear". I haven't received any money, neither letter of employment. Suggest that you fight your own case at CCMA and stay the HELL AWAY from these people. Only now see that there are NUMEROUS BAD reviews. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
