Pathetic ******* and no feedback

I have been dealing with Labour Law Services with regards to a retrenchment settlement. There was a settlement paid out to Labour Law services 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the accounts dept to let me know what I will be receiving. The feedback in the company is absolutely pathetic. When phoning labour law services everyone is always on leave on holiday on lunch or will get back to me asap. Which is absolutely nonsense. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE
