Non-Payment

I contacted Labour Law Services for assistance for a case of unfair dismissal at the CCMA. I initially received great service from them until the morning of my hearing. They sent me my brief and preparation an hour before and it had numerous errors. I then didn't hear anything more from them despite saying they would call me back. I won the case and the employer paid the agreed amount into their account as per the contract. That was three months ago and I am still waiting for payment for those winnings. I have called and emailed them non-stop since I received the proof of payment from the employer. Cassandra is the person responsible for making payments and just flat out does not reply to emails or return my calls. I am afriad now I will have to be taking legal action against them.
