No Service Delivery and Contract Breeched

I approached this company to assist me with a CCMA matter last year and after signing their contract I was left in the dark and only assisted one week before my hearing in February, help I had to beg for. My case was reviewed properly, they did not help me prepare in any way and the brief they sent me was incorrect. My case did not have an outcome an was referred for arbitration. According to the contract this company would assist all the way, it is now nearly 90 days later, no one replies to my mails or helps me on the phone and Harry is never anywhere to be found. There is no accountability and NO HELP unless you BEG. I am under contract that I cannot pursue the matter with my previous employer further without this company's involvement and I am now sitting with my matter in the hands of people that do not care, all they wanted was their quick fix from the first CCMA payout which I did not opt for and so I have been thrown by the wayside. The fact that they have not assisted me and very soon I will be unable to even have my arbitration at the CCMA means that they have effectively sabotaged my case, one I trusted them with.
