No service at all

If never dealt with a company like this before. I'm so frustrated the last couple of weeks because I left so many messages, send e-mails, try to phone, no answer, or if someone does pick up, they dont ask you your case number or ID. Nobody is willing to give feedback. Last night I thought, but I cannot be the only person, so I wanted to see if there is any other complains, and am shocked to see so many people with exactly the same issues.
