NO PAYMENT RECEIVED

My son's previous employer made payment to Labour Law services 20 Nov 15. (After they strongly adviced him to accept settlement - which we thought wasn't good) he took it as he needed the money. Up to now, no payment , I phone on his behalf 3 - 4 times a week EXCUSES - That's all. Then the person has resigned, then Lee will phone me back then they are busy with new systems, I have never seen anything like this?? . I have even emailed HARRY the MD with NO FEEDBACK! I made about 10 calls to get his email addres because reception just wont give it to me. I have read all the complaints, I must be honest but I don't think that the money will be paid out, I have decided that I will try one more time on behalf of my son - the line that I normally phone is off?? I phoned other numbers, holding on and then cut off? . I now went to Carte Blanche website and will launch the complaint.
