No answer after 17 months

I submitted my case January 2014, after which my case was handed over from the one person to the next each time i enquired about the case, i had to phone the bargaining council myself to find out when case will proceed, my name was ussd as my surname, after the bargaining council, case should have gone to Labour Court, no feedback up to date and yet again my case worker maame has left the company, this was the 5th case worker, no financial support was ever received as promised, case nearly 2 years ongoing and nothing happens, no feedback or information received back from nobody after the feedback from bargaining council, im in a desperate situation financially due to unfair dismissal, and trusted this compony to help! Time has passed and if i knew they were not delivering a service to me as signed in contract i could have gone some where else for help.
