Labour Law Services DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I contacted Labour Law Services on 17 June 2015. I was helped by Rebecca who took an entire day just verifying my correct email address to send me an appointment date. I was given a date of 19 June 2015 and told to ask for Rebecca. Upon arrival I was helped instead by Nthabiseng. She took a statement and made copies of my notes. I was constantly reminded we had an he limit to stick to. I left and received no feedback until i begged. I even ended up making my own appointment at the bargaining council. I then received a call from them saying that the company wished to settle. I was offered no legal advice as to the strength of my case and was told to take the settlement which I did. The settlement was agreed upon and finalized on the 13 July with Kgoara. He handed it to accounts for processing on the 24th. From the 24th to date I had no feedback from them. Despite calling several times I was always told to expect a call back or phone call but nothing came. Today I called again and held on until I received the email only to be told that there is now a further 14 day waiting period. I am going to their offices tomorrow and I will not leave until payment has been made. Appalling servic
