<p>Labour law services Rivonia Johannesburg take my case against my company and managed to get me some money . Mr Tatenda Makoni my case layer phoned my house in November 2015 and informed my daughter that he settled for 2 weeks pay for me, he told her he would only take 37% for his company and not the 45% as per contract. Me and mr Makoni spoke in December 2015 he told me i will only pay 37% and i will be contacted in January 2016 for my banking details . From January 2016 up to April 2016 after many call i drove through to there office mr Makoni could not see me althoug he new i was coming through this was 14 April 2016 a women heleped m,e in there boardroom se mailed me the request for my banking details and i replayed to te mail. 25 April 2016 they then payed some money into my account from then up to now they dont answer my e mails , they send me a recon prooving they own me money mr Makoni when i phone prommise me this week and this happens every week now. Then i phone and got hold of mr Desmond Langa he prommised me he will resolve the problem i will have my money into my account from 01-03/06/2016 , now i cannot get hold of him also these people dont phone you back nor do they answer there phones</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Willem Bester </p>
