Extremely Poor Service

We referred an unfair Dismissal to this company in March. <br> For the past four months I have begged for feedback from this company but I have come to the conclusion that they have waster our time and possibly could be the reason why we would loose a case where we stood a very strong chance of winning.<br> They are NEVER AVAILABLE. The consultants have no order of working. Whenever I called the head office for feedback, they would let me hold for long periods of time whilst the receptionists would laugh and speak loudly in the background. <br> It is simply put the WORST company that I have dealt with.<br> I will lodge a complaint with the legal board as this company should be investigated. I require a refund of the deposit which I have made and I will be taking this matter to the highest authority which governs legal practices.
