DONT WANT TO PAY MONEY DUE TO YOU

Dear Sir<br> <br> Last year the previous company I worked for paid Labour Law Services my money due to me, this was paid to them in September 2015.<br> <br> We are now in February 2016, and everytime I call I get told the auditors are busy with it.<br> I was suppose to go to CCMA but Labour Law Services forced me to settle. So I thought well to go to court all the time I will settle. This was last year October 2015.<br> <br> I am currently still not working so I have no income and to top it waiting for them to pay... I have the proof of payment to them also all the emails that was sent to them. They pass the buck everytime you phone (or should I say when someone answers) it is a different person but same story.<br> They dont ask who you are or your id no nothing. So they telling everybody the same ****.<br> If you report them to the police you going to waste your time, they are committing *****.<br> I dont know what to do or who to contact. But rest assured I will not give up and give the them the satisfaction of pocketing my money.<br> <br>
