WITHOLDING PAYMENT SINCE AUGUST 2016

The Labour Lawyers in Rivonia telephone number 011 ********** took on my case in July 2016. They were supposed to do everything from filling for Consilliation and Arbitration and representing me in court, of which they never did....which I think is already breach of contract. A day before I was supposed to go for my Arbitration I received a call from my so called representative telling me that I need to really think hard if I wanted to go that far because as far as she knows, the Arbitrator was in favour of my previous company and she advised, no told me that I would not stand a chance. She said I should settle on the 2 months salary because if I didnt I would walk away with nothing. Been my "Lawyer" I listened to her and agreed. My money was then paid over to them by November. In their contract it states that it takes up to 2 weeks then I will receive my money. I have been fighting for my money since November, after 2 weeks when receiving my money, everybody ignored me, I couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone for days on end it was permanently engaged. They never kept to their side of the contract because by 2017 I still never received my remittance to say how much money would be paid out to me. With endless phone calls and endless trips to their offices, not to mention that they moved premises without telling anyone, I could never get a direct answer. Now in November 2017, I was given hope that finally my money would be paid end November. Well, end of November came and went. Again on the 4th December 2017 I phoned my case worker who then assured me that he received information that my money would be paid today, 12th December 2017. Well...surprise, surprise, bad news.... there will be no payment made today...ahhh what a shocker!!!! This James fellow who is supposed to be the accountant...must be a prime minister or something because you can never get hold of him. You phone for him everyday...same bs excuse he is out will be back later, I go there and oh, sorry he just left. What the hell LLA.... Everytime I went there you had knew clients.... more suckers that you can syphon all their money and give them the same bs run around that you have given me for a year and a half. You were supposed to be there for people like us, you came highly recommended. I am so disgusted in your pathetic service and how could you ***** money from people that obviously need it. James, how do you sleep at night??? Do you even have a conscience??? What if the roles were reversed??? We come to you in good faith and this is how you repay us...BY *****ING OUR MONEY!!!!!!
