Terrible service after signing contract. Stressed and unhappy single mum

<p>I was retrenched in Jan unfairly. I went to this company for assistance which was great in the beginning but the last 4 months terrible. </p> <p>Not long after visiting the sandton branch I received emails stating my ex employer had agreed to pay me a additional 2 months salary over and above my retrenchment package of which labour law would get 45% on the amount as they got a agreement within a month. Shortly there after I got a call then e mail from them stating that my ex employer had payed the monies into my account and that I should pay their fees. When I checked and had received no payment I emailed them copies of my bank statement showing no payments had been made to me. </p> <p>After this I sent e mail apon email with no response. I finally about a month later got a email stating that he had not payed and that they were sending a letter of demand. It is now a further 3 months later after my last response from labour law and after numerous emails requesting a update I have had no feedback. </p> <p>I'm not sure if they just don't care or if the 9000 rand odd amount they will make from my case is not worth it to them or what it is but for a single mum if I had known this would b the case 6 months almost 7 months layer I would have just gone to the CCMA myself to fight my own case. </p> <p>Extremely stressed and unhappy </p>
