Poor unreliable service

I approached labour law to assist with my unfair dismissal case from scoin based on racial ************** and upon settlement of the matter I was informed that the matter was resolved and money paid on the 27/11/17 I have been waiting ever since for the payment to be paid in my account which included my overtime and leave days. I have called several times and each time I call they tell me no one is in the office or audits or just plainly say they have no idea what's going on because management refuses to address my issue. I still have not received a suitable and adequate answer or my money
