Not receiving payment
<p>I was unfairly dismissed last year 7/11/16 ,so I went online to state my case to CCMA, a couple of days later I received a phone from who I assumed was CCMA, I was told to go to century city that Friday, when I got there I noticed that it was Labour lawyers, so anyway I stated my case to them ,the following Monday I received a date from CCMA to attend a meeting, on a certain date, I then contacted the lawyer and stated that I do not need there services as I was informed by CCMA not to use them, a few days later I received a call from the lawyer stating they had come to a agreement with my previous employer with an amount that I was satisfied with, little did I know that they would be taking 45% of the agreed amount, </p> <p>Since then I have not received any payment on the agreed dates, it's been over a month and a half now </p>
It's been 2 months and 10 days now, I actually got hold of the guy that's supposed to handling my case, his name is Desmond Langa at Labour law, and said the same thing like he always does 'he will check what the delay is ',but as per usual, doesn't come back, I phone the land line and when they do answer, they say the people in the revenue department are in a 'meeting or not there '
