No response or feedback EVER!

I approached the Labour Law Dex people on 21/01/2018, I was unfairly dismissed on that day with immediate effect. A consultant Zoe assisted me in getting the process started. From that day until 08/02/2018 I never received any communication from them. On 08/02/2018 a Legal Consulatant called Harry first phoned me and advised me that my case has been settled outside of court, and then proceeded to email me the amount settled, and the procedure going forward. On 14/02/2018 I received an email from their revenue department stating that my account is now with them. Also just note that Harry told me that my account will be paid out by the next payroll date. After this I have had no feedback from them whatsoever regarding the payout. I have been phoning them daily, and they never get back to me like they promised. On 07/03/2018 I finally got a hold of someone in their revenue department named John. He claimed that he was the manager of the revenue department. He also promised me that he would get back to me, and that they are struggling to get the money from the employer who supposedly only paid half of what was settled on. When confronting them on what is going on, the only reply is they dont know who is handling the case, and also that they will follow up and get back to me. Well guess what. It is 14/03/2018, more than a month after the case was settled, and still I havent had any feedback from them, and I have now requested that the matter be referred back to the CCMA, as the employer is now breaching the settlement agreement, to which their reply was no I cant, because it is unfair. I have trusted these people during tough and vulnerable times to help and assist me through an unfair dismissal process, and yet I have not seen or heard anything from them. I desperately need my money, as you can think that expenses heap up when suddenly dismissed for no reason.
